  • Travel Reporter - Keep a journal of your family’s adventures. Don’t forget to add drawings and photos.

  • Write a letter or email to a family member or friends. Pick up postcards on your family outings to share your adventures.

  • Write and illustrate your own poetry.

  • Create your own comic books.

  • Make a joke book. Find some funny kids’ jokes or create your own. Write the jokes in your book and then illustrate them.

  • Write a play and perform it with your family.

  • Make Lists - Lists of things you’d like to do, books you’d like to read, favourite foods, fun experiences, packing lists for your camping trips and grocery lists for mom and dad. I am sure you can come up with some cool ideas for lists too!
