Troubleshooting Logins
There are several possible obstacles to success with logging into Brightspace.
Browser Compatibility: The Brightspace help pages list supported browsers. Please check that the browser you are using is on their list.
Parent Logins: Parent logins require you to use your username in order to get a new password. Usernames are in the format firstname.lastname. If you have tried unsucessfully to retrieve your password using the process described above there may be an issue on our end with either your username or email address. Please reach out to Ms. Langille, who can help you solve this problem.
Student & Staff Logins: Student & Staff logins are authenticated using school Google Workspace accounts. If you are logged into another Google account while you try to authenticate using an Armbrae account there can be a conflict. One way around this is to sign into your Google account before clicking the Login via Google link. Another is to log out of all Google accounts before clicking the Login via Google link. A third solution is to open a Private Browsing Window (in Safari, go to the File menu and choose New Private Window -- most other browsers also allow private browsing), then follow the login process described above. Watch this video for a walk-through.
Please feel free to reach out to Mr. Rhinelander if you are still having trouble logging in.
