Programmes

Osprey Nest 

At the Osprey Nest we believe that learning and enrichment doesn't stop at the end of the school day. Our BeforeCare/AfterCare and co-curricular activities run for 6 week sessions giving opportunities for our students to explore and engage in new interests and experiences. 

BeforeCare/AfterCare is offered for Grades P-9 

Co-curricular activities are offered for Grades P-12 

All programs must be pre-registered

BeforeCare/AfterCare

BeforeCare is offered at 7:30am for students that need to be at school earlier. Students are welcome to bring a morning snack to enjoy before heading outside. (Grade P-9) 

PlayLab is the general after-school program for students in Primary through Grade 6. PlayLab is offered Monday through Friday from dismissal to 4:30 pm. Activities during this time include outdoor play, loose parts and interactive sports/games. 

StudyLab students have the opportunity to work on their homework and prepare for upcoming assignments in a quiet and supervised setting. (Grade 7-12) 

AfterCare (Osprey Nest) runs until 5:45pm for all students in Primary through Grade 9. This program is offered in the AARC and activities during this time include hangout lounge, art, Lego™, Makerspace, dramatic play, group games, and outdoor play.

Co-Curriculars

Co-Curriculars are offered one or two days per week for 6 weeks sessions to students in primary through grade 12. Co-curriculars cover a wide variety of topics, including Sports, Science, Drama and more. Lower School programming runs from 3:30—4:30 pm; Upper and Middle School programming runs from 3:15pm—4:30pm (unless otherwise stated). 

Private Music Lessons

Private Music Lessons are available to students in Grades Primary through to Grade 12. Lessons run for 30 minutes and could include piano, violin, guitar and more.

Speciality Programs

These could include judo, basketball skills, yoga, dance, science and more. A cost would be associated with these programs.   

Tutoring  

Armbrae's Tutoring Programme will give students the opportunity to access tutoring for weekly subject help. Tutors will be available Monday through Friday between 4:30pm-6:30pm on Campus allowing one on one, in person learning for your child. Sessions run for 50 min periods ($50 each) 

Our Armbrae tutoring team consists of university students that are subject specialists, as well as qualified teachers. We are excited for you to meet the team! Please read the bio's below to best determine the correct fit for your child. 



Camps/PD Day/Parent TimeOut

PD Day Childcare will be available on Professional Development days. No school for students? No problem! We will have fun with different activities that will vary each PD day. 

Parents' TimeOut Days.  Throughout the year, we will plan special activities for the kids to enjoy while parents enjoy some time just for them.  Eg.  Holiday shopping weekends.
